Question #1: Where is my Order?

Thanks for taking a chance on our stories!
Our ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email from our distrubter, BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed We would suggest you to check your spam folder as it may have gone in there or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

You can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name and you will find the books that you have purchased directly from our website.

Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

Question #2: Can I read on my e-Reader?

Bookfunnel does allow you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader, device or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.

You cannot download your ebooks to the BookFunnel app or read on the browser from the following:

Any E-Ink devices, including Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura.

Kindle Fire 1st Gen (2011)

NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)

SOLUTION: If you have none of these, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer!

For the audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app. At this time, we do not allow downloads of the audiobooks as this makes them easier to pirate. The BookFunnel app is easy and free to use.

Question #3: Can I reutrn the Digital Products?

Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you,we can't get them back. We do not offer returns on the ebooks or audiobooks. I hope you understand.

In case that you purchased one ebook twise by accident, we will refund it. Send us an email with your first order and the second order that proves that it is the same product under the same account and we will iniate the refund of the latest product INSTANTLY.

Question #4: The Codes have expired.

Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email. 

Question #5: Where can I find my books?

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.

Question #6: What happens with preorders?

When you buy, you are charged at once by the payment method you select. The book is automatically delivered on the release date by an email from BookFunnel. 

If the email hasn’t arrived on that date, look for it in your Spam folder -- or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout. 

 

Question #7: How to gift a book?

For our Physical Products and the Paperbacks/Hardcovers, you can order it through our website to be delivered directly to your favorite person.

For the Digital Products, You can make the purchase but providing his email address at the checkout page. This way the books you selected will be delivered directly to yo your friend.

Last but not least, very soon gift cards will be avaialble. This way you will be able to deliver instantly a gift card of an amount of your choise with a personal note and/or wishes!

 

Question #8: When will I receive my order?

If you order Digital products (ebooks/ audiobooks/ printables) you will receive them INSTANTLY after the checkout.

About the Physical Products:

If you order Paperbacks/Hardbacks/SpiralBound Books our Supplier will need 2 days to produce them and after that you will receive a track code directly into your email to be able to track your order.

About our Merch products, we have selected suppliers who produce high quality products depending on your location to provide you the best quality products and lowest delivery duration/fees . For example, if you order from a State in US we will automatically forward your order to the nearest supplier. The same applies for customers living in other countries.

WARNING: On high demand days such as Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. there will be delays for the delivery of the physical products. This is not from our end, but from the delivery companies which have received loads of orders those days. So if you want your order on time plan ahead to avoid any delays.
